1. Taste Of Sydney (9 – 12 March)

This four-day food and wine extravaganza celebrates the best and most popular restaurants in Sydney. Now on its 9th year, “Taste” will feature 14 of the newest and hippest restaurants in the city. There will be live cooking demonstrations by world renowned chefs as well as plenty of interactive masterclasses, wine and cheese tastings and live entertainment. You can also sample and shop unique products from concession booths set up during the event.

2. Melbourne Food & Wine Fest (31 March – 9 April)

This year’s Melbourne Food & Wine Fest is extra special for two reasons. First, the event is celebrating its 25th year. Second, “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” awards will be held in Melbourne at the same time.  Because this is only the second time that distinguished event will be held outside London, it’s a great opportunity for gourmet food lovers to participate in food trails, wine tastings and of course the worlds’s longest lunches.

The show is a great opportunity for food and wine enthusiasts  to learn about new products, tips and ideas in the culinary industry.  Producers and food manufacturers are also encouraged to set up booths and participate in the exhibits.

Brisbane’s Good Food & Wine show will be held at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from October 27 to 29.

As with the show in Perth, the Brisbane shows are great opportunities to learn the latest culinary products, ideas and provide inspiration for your own foodie adventure. Apart from seeing culinary greats in action, you can also take part in wine and cider tasting sessions and set up booths in the exhibits.
