Summerland House Farm is a place where kids can learn while having fun. Founded in 1972, the company has already helped over 90 persons with disabilities (PWD) by giving them employment. The founder, Lionel Watts, was a polio survivor. He committed himself to help other people with disabilities to find employment and empowerment.
While at the farm, children can visit Macadamia Farm, the Watts Cottage Museum and the Waterpark. They even have scheduled events all year round like School Holiday Fun, Seniors Week, Mother’s Day and the upcoming Father’s Day. Each event has something special prepared for every visitor!

Hawk’s Nest is one of the most popular locations in New South Wales. This favourite surfing destination is also home to several child-friendly tourist attractions. Playgrounds are everywhere! Plus, the barbeques and other park amenities are adorned with mosaics that would surely entertain your kids while you take a leisurely stroll at the beach.
On the other hand, you might want to check Myall Lakes National Park just north of Hawk’s Bay. Prepare a tasty barbeque as the kids run around the park’s 40-kilometre beachfront. You and your family may even want to take a dip on one of “NSW’s largest coastal lake systems” or visit the Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse during your day tour.
